It’s related with doctors not knowing about anything:<br />So this guy goes to the doctors and takes his wife in to have a checkup. The doctor comes back to the husband and tells him that they don’t know if she has AIDS or Alzheimer’s. The husband is a little shocked as to how they can’t differentiate between the two illnesses, as in how the hell are both of them even related, the husband thinks to himself. So at this point the doctor is trying to calm the husband down.
